Tours & Clinics FAQ’s

  • Absolutely! Non-pickleball-playing friends, partners, and spouses are welcome and will receive a discount on their tour price. They can also join in on pickleball lessons if they’re interested. There are plenty of other exciting activities to explore as well.

  • You don’t need to be a seasoned pro! Our tours are designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your game, our experienced coaches will provide tailored instruction to help you enjoy and improve your skills throughout the trip.

  • Participants can look forward to playing on 6 of the 8 days of the trip, with morning sessions scheduled from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. On the arrival day, there’s an optional afternoon session.

  • While many prefer to bring their own paddles, we will have demo paddles available for you to use during your time in Spain.

  • American and Canadian citizens need a valid passport; no visa is required. Ensure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date from Spain.

  • Please inform us of any dietary needs when you register for the tour. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements during meals, but it's advisable to communicate any specific restrictions directly to the tour guides as well.

  • The currency in Spain is the euro. Consider obtaining some euros before your trip for convenience.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected issues such as illness, flight cancellations, or lost luggage. The selection of travel insurance is at your discretion.

  • We will communicate any special requests to the hotel, but please note that we cannot guarantee their fulfillment

  • While we welcome players of all ages, participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. There’s no maximum age limit, and we encourage players of all generations to join the fun!

  • We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy outlines the steps you need to take, including any deadlines for refunds based on when you notify us. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances. For detailed cancellation terms, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us directly.

  • If canceling 91 + days before your trip
    Only the initial deposit ($300 per person) is non-refundable.

    If canceling 61 to 90 days before your trip
    30% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

    If canceling 31 to 60 days before your trip
    60% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

    If canceling 30 days or less before your trip
    The full trip cost is non-refundable.

    Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 days after cancellation.

  • All items are produced on demand, meaning each product is made specifically for your order. This reduces waste and ensures high-quality, freshly made apparel.

  • Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

    • USA: 5–10 business days

    • EU & Spain: 5–12 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • We only accept returns or offer replacements for:

    • Damaged items

    • Defective products

    Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong size selection or change of mind.

  • We cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
    Please review the size guide on each product page to ensure the perfect fit before ordering.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

  • If your package appears lost:

  • Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping time and cost will be shown at checkout based on your location.

  • No. All Ole Pickleball Tour gift cards are final sale, have no cash value, and are non-refundable.

  • Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately.
    We cannot guarantee cancellations once production has started.
