2. On-Demand Production

All items in our shop—apparel, accessories, and merchandise—are made-to-order through third-party production partners, including Printful.

Because every product is created specifically for you:

• Slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur.

• Items may arrive in separate packages.

• Production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, current, or complete.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be processed or fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

Estimated Production Time

1–3 business days for accessories

Estimated Shipping Times

• USA: 3–9 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or unforeseen issues.

Once an order has shipped, Ole Pickleball Tour is not responsible for:

• Delayed deliveries

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If an issue arises, please contact us and we will help communicate with the carrier or production partner.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are custom printed on demand:

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Wrong color ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

We DO replace items if:

• The item is defective

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and problem

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.

We do not accept returns for items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement approval.

7. Gift Cards & Digital Products

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Can only be redeemed in the Ole Pickleball Tour Shop

• Digital items, if offered, are delivered immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded

8. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• VAT

• Import taxes

• Delays caused by customs agents

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
