2. Booking and Payment

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel 90-61 Days before the tour, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee!

60-31 Days Before Arrival: 50% refundable

Cancellations made 30 Days or less before the tour starts will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after cancellation.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, facility availability, or other logistical reasons. We will inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of tour guides and coaches.

Any participant who disrupts the experience for others may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in our tours, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. You release Ole Pickleball Tour and its affiliates from any liability.
