1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ole Pickleball Tour website and participation in our tours. By accessing the website or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservation Process: To secure your spot, a 20% initial deposit for single occupancy or for double occupancy is required upon booking. Full payment is due 30 days before the tour start date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, klama. All transactions are processed securely.

3. What’s Included

Accommodations.

Pickleball sessions. / Tournament

Guided cultural explorations.

Daily breakfast.

Welcome and farewell parties.

Transportation and entrance fee for scheduled activities.

4. What’s Not Included

Airfare to and from the tour location.

Travel insurance (strongly recommended).

Some meals (as specified in the itinerary).

Tips for guides and staff.

All extra expenses, such as phone calls, laundry, shopping, and any additional sightseeing not included in the planned itinerary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• If canceling 91 + days before your trip
  Only the initial deposit ($300 per person) is non-refundable.

• If canceling 61 to 90 days before your trip
  30% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

• If canceling 31 to 60 days before your trip
  60% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

• If canceling 30 days or less before your trip
  The full trip cost is non-refundable.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 days after cancellation.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, facility availability, or other logistical reasons. We will inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of tour guides and coaches.

Any participant who disrupts the experience for others may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in our tours, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. You release Ole Pickleball Tour and its affiliates from any liability. Waiver Form to complete before your trip.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used for tour bookings and communications. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the site or participation in tours constitutes acceptance of these changes.
