Return & Refund Policy

Ole Pickleball Tour apparel and merchandise are produced on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for your order. Because of this custom-production process, our return and refund procedures follow specific guidelines aligned with USA and EU consumer laws.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Email: info@olepickleballtour.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • A brief description

Once approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped.

Important: Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color preferences, change of mind).

2. Wrong Size, Fit, or Buyer’s Remorse

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or other preference-based reasons.

To avoid sizing issues:

  • Review the size guide on each product page

  • Compare product measurements with your current apparel

3. Lost Packages

If your package seems lost:

  1. Check with your local carrier and neighbors

  2. If still missing, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We will assist in determining whether a replacement can be issued.

4. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer protection law, customers typically have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to order

  • Customized or personalized items

Since all Ole Pickleball Tour products are produced specifically after each order is placed, the EU cooling-off period does not apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Eligible defective or damaged items will still be replaced at no cost.

5. USA Returns

For customers in the United States:

  • Requests for returns or replacements due to defects or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted due to the custom-made nature of our products.

  • We do not accept returns for items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement approval.

6. Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Gift cards may only be used on olepickleballtour.com

  • No cash value

  • No returns or exchanges

7. Refunds (When Eligible)

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not possible
    or

  • The product cannot be delivered due to an error on our end or our production partners’ end

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
