  • Single Room – $3,600 (per person for private room)

    Double Room – $5,800 ($2,900 per person when sharing a room)

    Tour Deposit – To secure your spot, you can make a 20% initial deposit for single occupancy or for double occupancy. Only one deposit is required per double occupancy reservation. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.

    Final Payment – After your initial deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the trip dates. You’re welcome to pay the balance anytime before then.

    Currency - All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Currency conversion may vary.

  • If canceling 91 + days before your trip
    Only the initial deposit ($300 per person) is non-refundable.

    If canceling 61 to 90 days before your trip
    30% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

    If canceling 31 to 60 days before your trip
    60% of the total trip cost becomes non-refundable.

    If canceling 30 days or less before your trip
    The full trip cost is non-refundable.

    Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 days after cancellation.
